Following is the process how we carry out our installations:
Step 1 – Enquiry
One of our site surveyor will discuss your requirements with you and arrange for one of our system installer to visit your property.
Step 2 – Site Visit
We will visit your property in order to establish the best positioning of cameras and the most effective method of installing the system. At this point a fee of Rs.5,000 is payable, which will be adjusted in the final invoice.
Step 3 – Quotation
At this point we will be able to provide you with an accurate quote for the hardware and software to be used in your installation and an estimate of the installation cost. If you decide to go ahead 50% of the cost of equipment is payable at this point.
Step 4 – Installation and Aftercare
Our engineers will install your system under the supervision of the installation manager. Normally this process will take one to three days. Once the system has been installed we will be able to deal with any adjustments you would like to make. The balance of payment is due once your system has been installed.
